Species is actually called the Forzell, not the Hezari. The other species that runs the programme are called the Heziri. Memnarc ☎ 06:38, February 25, 2018 (UTC)
-The Forzell are the organisers, the Hezari are the species who were pretending to be the Zaross. The Doctor makes this pretty clear when he takes off the make-up of one of the 'Zaross.' Ben Moore512 ☎ 09:58, February 25, 2018 (UTC)
