Albert Storrow was a criminal in California on an alternate Earth.
He and his wife Elina blackmailed people and had their own death cult. They were sacrificing a black ram at the same time Ray Morita was using a mathematical formula to travel to another universe. The synchronicity created a connection and he appeared in their basement in the midst of the sacrifice.
He was accidentally killed by one of Imperial Lee's henchmen. (PROSE: Atom Bomb Blues)
