Central Park was an innercity park located in the centre of Manhattan Island, New York City.

The Doctor says to Grace Holloway, thinking he's in New york, "do you know Ross Gellar", who regularly appeared iFriends a show set in central park. (DW: Doctor Who (1996) )

The Shantytown of Hooverville was located in the park. The park was later attacked by Daleks (DW: Daleks in Manhattan / Evolution of the Daleks)
