Private John-Paul Wisniewski was part of the Southern Welsh Regiment based at Caregan Barracks.
Private Wisniewski, along with Private Foxton, escorted the Torchwood SUV to the visitor's parking area. He and Foxton then escorted Jack Harkness, Toshiko Sato and Gwen Cooper to the office of Lieutenant-Colonel Daniel Yorke.
While Jack, Toshiko and Foxton stayed with Yorke, Wisniewski escorted Gwen to meet Major Robert De'Ath.
