Claire Skinner (born 7 October 1965) played Madge Arwell in the Doctor Who television story The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe. She is undoubtedly most recgonised in Britain for playing Sue, the mum in the BBC comedy Outnumbered.

Claire was once the wife of Charles Palmer and the daughter-in-law of Geoffrey Palmer.
