Alphonse Chardalot

Alphonse Alphonse Chardalot was an inspector. He was saved by the Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown from drowning in Ostend, Belgium in 1913. He was investigating Toby and wanted the use of the Doctor's TARDIS. He tried to murder Peri, by steaming her to death. He was later revealed to be Toby's brother, who had believed himself to be the real Chardalot. He wanted to show the peer review committee his experiment (AUDIO: Year of the Pig).
