Sven (Sven and the Scarf)

Sven was an alien researcher at GeoComTex in 2012.
He once received a delivery for Henry van Statten's museum at the Vault and was assigned with examining the contents. Sven determined the radiation signature of the item indicated it had been exposed to the space time continuum for about seven years and opened the package to find the Fourth Doctor's scarf. He began examining "alien artefacts" left behind on it; though some of the artefacts turned out to be less than riveting (they included a jelly baby and what looked for all the world like a piece of green bubblewrap), he documented them all faithfully and filed them away in duly-labeled glass containers.
