The Menoid, sometimes addressed as Menoid Master, was the leader of the Mechonoids during their first encounter with the Daleks. It commissioned the test of the suspicion ray and ordered the Mechonoids to watch and learn how the Daleks dealt with the situation. (COMIC: Eve of War)
