The Menoid, sometimes addressed as Menoid Master, was the leader of the Mechanoids during their first encounter with the Daleks. It commissioned the test of the suspicion ray and ordered the Mechanoids to watch and learn how the Daleks dealt with the situation. (COMIC: Eve of War)
