A unnamed Time Lord cameraman worked for the news channel Public Register Video on Gallifrey.
Biography
On Presidential Resignation Day, the cameraman was filming the Lord President's resignation ceremony in the gallery of the Panopticon, when the Decayed Master killed him with the TCE.
The unfortunate camera operator's shrunken corpse was later found by Runcible inside the camera. (TV: The Deadly Assassin)
