Harmony (The Kamelion Empire)

Harmony was one of the four sides of the Kamelion. Kamelion showed the Fifth Doctor them. They were given a likeness of Tegan Jovanka when Kamelion controlled them. They told the Doctor about how ruled other races. They were an agglomeration of all of the Kamille who wanted a harmonious regime. (AUDIO: The Kamelion Empire)
