In one alternate universe, the Tenth Doctor used a sonic toothbrush instead of a sonic screwdriver. When the prime Tenth Doctor's universe was effected by the effects of the Continuity Cap, the two decices briefly swapped places, much to the chagrin of the Doctor, who needed his screwdriver.
