Lark Lane was a street in Liverpool. On 31 October 2021, Dan Lewis arranged to meet Diane on the corner of Lark Lane for Halloween drinks. While waiting for him, she was pulled into an empty building by Azure. (TV: The Halloween Apocalypse)

Though it's possible that a real world location doesn't exist in the same geographic space in the Doctor Who universe, such cases are few and far between. Thus, the map to the right is probably a good indicator of the DWU location of Lark Lane.
