Jim Purcell was the landlord of a council estate and lived in one with his dog Bernard. George was frightened of him, and, after a passive-aggressive house call with Alex for rent, his psychic defences triggered. While watching television, Purcell was sucked into the floor and later woke up in George's dolls house, where he was transformed into a peg doll. He was later restored to his original form, along with everyone else who had been transformed. (TV: Night Terrors)
