Whitmore was Arnold Farrow's superior at Whitehall. He was responsible for authorising the release of DN6 and was called by Mark Forester, who was impersonating Farrow, to get his approval. Believing the ruse, Whitmore granted it. (TV: Planet of Giants [+]Loading...["Planet of Giants (TV story)"])
