The Boulevard of Alternate Brutalities was a gap in reality where Faction Paradox kept countless individuals imprisoned in small realities tailored to punish them for their crimes. The realities were connected by a street composed of a million different bits and pieces of roadways taken moments before their destruction. The Boulevard existed near the end of the universe. The Director of the Boulevard, Godfather Valentine, worked with Cousin Sparrow to convince Iris that the Boulevard was decaying and tricked her into thinking that she had destroyed it.
