mississippi man was a reader of the website Doctor Who?.

Biography

In the mid-1940s, mississippi man was in a blues bar in Mississippi when the Ninth Doctor walked in and asked if he could play some blues music. Mississippi man found the Doctor's presence noteworthy, as he was the only white person to have ever entered the establishment, but otherwise found him unassuming. The Doctor subsequently got up on the small stage and played a song which mississippi man thought was "incredible".

In 1969, mississippi man heard "Purple Haze" by Jimi Hendrix for the first time and quickly realised that it was the same song that the Doctor had played all those years before, leaving him confused as to how the Doctor could've known about and performed the song decades before it was written.

In early 2005, mississippi man wrote about this encounter on the conspiracy website Doctor Who?, adding that he was still "puzzled" by the event even now. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)
