Her Majesty's Prison Broadfell was a prison on Dent Road in the United Kingdom. Lucy Saxon was imprisoned in Broadfell after being arrested and tried in secret for killing her husband, Prime Minister Harold Saxon. No one, apart from select government officials, knew she was there. It was destroyed in December 2009 after the Governor and Miss Trefusis had resurrected the Saxon Master there. Lucy Saxon sabotaged the resurrection with a Potion of Death, destroying the prison. Some time later, the Tenth Doctor visited the remains of the prison.

Joshua Naismith gained access to CCTV footage of the prison of the night it was destroyed. Aware of the Master's alien origins, he hoped to use him to repair the Immortality Gate. (TV: The End of Time)
