The Doctor presents the city to Ruby.
The duo realises that a tram is approaching.
The duo narrowly avoid being hit by it.
Ruby expresses that they were lucky.
The duo are quickly surrounded by the Care Force.
The cloud tells them to pay it or it'll rain on them.
Before they can react, it begins raining.
The Doctor: "Watch it! Gonna get soaked!"
