Mandy Salter was a resident of Albert Square in the East End of London.
One day in 1993, she noticed the the Rani trying to capture the human Liz Shaw and decided to help her. Afterwards, she fled after the Rani pointed her gun at her. (TV: Dimensions in Time [+]Loading...["Dimensions in Time (TV story)"])

- Mandy Salter is a character on EastEnders. She appeared in Dimensions in Time [+]Loading...["Dimensions in Time (TV story)"] as it was a crossover special with Doctor Who.
- Mandy appeared in the aired version of the programme. However, another version was filmed with Big Ron. Before part two aired, polls were set up for the audience to decide who would win, the votes could be put in by calling certain numbers. In the end, Mandy won, with 53% of the calls in her favour.
