Frank Butcher was a resident of Albert Square in the East End of London. He was bemused when he saw Romana being dragged into The Queen Victoria pub by the First Rani. He observed that it was the first time he had seen someone being dragged into rather than being thrown out of "the Vic". (TV: Dimensions in Time [+]Loading...["Dimensions in Time (TV story)"])
