Barcelona was a planet where the inhabitants included dogs with no noses.
Having told Rose Tyler that she would've "love[d] it" prior to his regeneration, (TV: The Parting of the Ways [+]Loading...["The Parting of the Ways (TV story)"]) the newly regenerated Tenth Doctor set a course to Barcelona at 6PM of a Tuesday in October 5006. However, because of Rose's uncertainty of the Doctor's new incarnation, he cancelled this trip to take Rose back home to the Powell Estate on Christmas Eve 2006.
