The Royal Collection was the art collection owned by the British Royal Famil, presumably located on Starship UK. River Song went there in 5145 to get a painting by Vincent van Gogh to give to the Eleventh Doctor. She encountered Elizabeth X. (DW: The Pandorica Opens)
