The Eye of Time was a supposedly natural phenomenon that was harnessed by the Time Lords. It was lost after the Last Great Time War and fell into the hands of the Progenitor Daleks. (VG: City of the Daleks)
- The Eye of Time might be another name for the Eye of Harmony.
The Eleventh Doctor said that The Eye is more powerful then the Hearts of every TARDIS, so while the Eye of Harmony is the source of every TARDIS's power, maybe The Eye of Time is the source of every TARDIS's heart.
