The Eye of Time was a supposedly natural phenomenon that was harnessed by the Time Lords. It was lost after the Last Great Time War and fell into the hands of the Progenitor Daleks. According to the Doctor it is believed by some to be the left over core of the big bang (VG: City of the Daleks).
- The Eye of Time might be another name for the Eye of Harmony.
- The Doctor said that the Eye was more powerful then the heart of every TARDIS, so like the Eye of Harmony is the source of all TARDISes power, then The Eye may be the source of all TARDISes hearts.
