Nettle tea was a drink Ly-Chee once offered the Seventh Doctor at his home on Kabuki. (IHP: The Enlightenment of Ly-Chee the Wise)

Presumably, though in no way supported by the narrative, "nettle tea" was a tea made from nettles.
