Character Options classic series action figures
In 2008, Character Options began releasing action figures of characters from the classic Doctor Who series.
The initial assortment contained three former incarnations of the doctor and a number of creatures and robots with a focus on the Fourth Doctor era. Another feature of this line was the inclusion of parts of a build a figure in each toy (namely the K1 Robot and an early Cyber-Controller).
A second wave of 6 figures was released in 2010 but without a Build-it component with each figure priced £9.99 (UK). By the end of the releasing, there were 51 action figures released.
