Since the Doctor reprogrammed him, I think is it safe to say that, however temporarily, Bitey fell under the Allies of the Eleventh Doctor category.
Not a cyborg
I'm removing it from the cyborgs category. Cyborgs and robots are not the same thing. Cybermats are robots - they aren't a melding of human and machine (a cyborg) as the Cybermen are. That's like calling a vacuum cleaner a computer. 68.146.80.110 17:27, October 16, 2011 (UTC)
