Talk:Bitey

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Since the Doctor reprogrammed him, I think is it safe to say that, however temporarily, Bitey fell under the Allies of the Eleventh Doctor category.

Not a cyborg[[edit source]]

I'm removing it from the cyborgs category. Cyborgs and robots are not the same thing. Cybermats are robots - they aren't a melding of human and machine (a cyborg) as the Cybermen are. That's like calling a vacuum cleaner a computer. The "Cybermen of unknown origin" category should probably also go too. 68.146.80.110 17:27, October 16, 2011 (UTC)

Actually, I think a cyborg is anything that is a comprised of a mixture of both organic and inorganic material, which would make bitey a cyborg. A cyborg doesn't have to be human, otherwise Daleks wouldn't be classified as human. Mandalore74 talk to me 01:04, October 19, 2011 (UTC)

This wiki defines a cyborg as "being composed of both artificial and natural systems" a category that Bitey falls into. The only reason I would object to putting Bitey in this category is because Cybermen are not in this category.
