Barnabus

Barnabus was a robot invented by the Second Doctor to do chores around the TARDIS, such as serving tea. While on an unnamed planet, Barnabus saved the Doctor, John and Gillian from a gun crew who mistook them for invaders. (TVC: Barnabus)
