Synopsis

Plot
The doctor discovers a cosmic library where all the books tell of peoples lives and one man (doctor moon) is changing the books but unknown to him if you change the books you change the persons lives. When deadly shadows appear and a strange man called the doctor arrives can the doctor save the lives of every person who has ever lived.
