Cats and dogs is a Tenth Doctor story that was featured in the Doctor Who Storybook 2008 it tells of how the doctor momenterley forgets his Time Lord life , Buys a cat and it also intoduces 2 new alien races. It was written by Tom MacRae the new series writer who wrought both Rise of the Cybermen and The Age of Steel.It was ilusstrated by Andy Walker
