A camera phone was a type of mobile phone popular in the early 21st century. It was built sometime after the 1960s.
Amy Pond had one, and Canton Delaware used it in 1969 to take a picture of a Silent. (TV: Day of the Moon)
Clara Oswald also had one, and used it to take a picture of Angie and Artie Maitland on the Space Zoomy ride in Hedgewick's World of Wonders. (TV: Nightmare in Silver)
