Nedda was a Sea Devil and an old friend of a Bernice Summerfield. She noted that the water on Chosan contained a protein that mutated Sea Devil Biology. She helped Benny to stop a terrorist plot and stop the protein from destroying the Sea Devils. (AUDIO: The Poison Seas)
