Mrs Hudson was the housekeeper of Sherlock Holmes and John Watson. In 1887, she served the Seventh Doctor tea and Madeira cake at Holmes' residence. (PROSE: All-Consuming Fire)
A Mrs Hudson, who may or may not have been the same individual, was Professor George Litefoot's housekeeper in London in 1889. She regularly left him a "cold collation" for late dinners. After Leela was attacked by a giant rat, Mrs Hudson helped her change into new clothes. (TV: The Talons of Weng-Chiang) She remained in Professor Litefoot's service into the 1890s.
