Margaret Pollard was a daughter of Lady Louisa Pollard, and sister of Charlotte and Cecelia Pollard. She once helped the First Doctor stop a demon from killing Edward Grainger on 25 June 1906. (PROSE: Prologue)
She cut contact with her family after her father, Lord Richard Pollard, was not able to afford a dowry for her when she got married. Her husband was an American stockbroker in New York City. By November 1936, she had spent several years travelling in the United States of America. Richard strongly disliked her husband. (AUDIO: The Fall of the House of Pollard)
