Matthew Barrister was the minister of the Acquirement of Alien Artefacts. He was an old friend of Irving Braxiatel and ask him to come to earth because of a set of murders relating to the Purpara Pawn. He also asked for a loan to set of his gambling debts. (PROSE: The Purpura Pawn)
