Talon was a Cyberman, one of the first wave led by Krail which invaded the Snowcap Base in Antarctica in December 1986, intending to detonate a Z-Bomb in its missile silo. Along with Krail and Shav, Talon was killed by a handheld Cyber-weapon by Cutler. (TV: The Tenth Planet)
