Captive Weeping Angel (The Angels Take Manhattan)
A Weeping Angel was held captive by Max Kliener who used her "kiss" to transmogrify victims into his movie stars and body guards. With each person's energy she consumed, she grew stronger, unbeknownst to her captor. When Melody Malone discovered the plot, she pushed Max into the Weeping Angel, allowing her turn him to dust with her "kiss." She was subsequently kidnapped and carted away. The Weeping Angel was then chained in Julius Grayle's office in a weakened state. She encountered Melody Malone a second time in Grayle's presence and locked her hand around River's wrist, but was too weak to send her back in time causing River to break her wrist to free herself.
