In an alternate dimension, Gina was a young Doctor Who fan who wanted Matt Smith's autograph. She had long, dark hair, and kept her hair down in her father's arms. When the Eleventh Doctor appeared in his TARDIS, Gina's dad asked him to sign a piece of paper for her. He did:

- and places,
- The Doctor
Gina said "thang gew!" when her father asked her to say thank you to the Doctor. Right afterwards, at least eleven other fans held out writing materials for him to give them his autograph too. (TV: The Girl Who Loved Doctor Who)
