The Third Series of The Sarah Jane Adventures features 12 episodes split over 6 two part stories. It will air on the BBC in the autumn.

Although not much is known about series 3. Possible early filming pictures have shown the TARDIS prop and David Tennant on set, although this could be from the final 2 Doctor Who specials. The pictures that show this is that the shirt that David Tennant wears is different to the ones for the 2 specials for his last episode. K-9 will appear in 6 of the 12 episodes of the series.
