Jean Mills was a 20th century human. Her mother Mary told her and her sister Rita to hide when Xhinn controlled policemen came to her house. Mary went with them, taking her already dead daughter Bette's body with her. Mary died in a Xhinn gas chamber, but her daughters survived. (PROSE: Amorality Tale)
