It was revealed in AUDIO: Cold Fusion that Patience's husband is the Doctor so it should be The Doctor (The Brain of Morbius)

An incarnation of the Doctor was the husband of Patience. One account suggests that it was this incarnation who was present at the birth of his granddaughter, Susan Foreman.
