Mud avatar was a creature accidentally created by the Tenth Doctor when mud from Quompping as well as compost reacted with his sonic screwdriver when in the TARDIS washing machine. It gave back the Doctor his sonic screwdriver and thus ceased to exist, except as mud and compost particles. (COMIC: Laundro-Room of Doom).
