Family Scindia was one of India's most influential families.
Their ancestral home, Fortress Scindia, could be found in the Madhya Province at least from the 19th to the 24th centuries.
The Scindias had been investing in space travel since 2014. By 2314, from the headquarters of Scindia-Corp in Mumbai, they controlled a vast intergalactic business empire. Chandra Scindia was the patriarch of the family and head of Scindia-Corp. (COMIC: The Swords of Kali)
