Belinda was preparing a dinner party with her husband Ralph when the Fourth Doctor and Leela arrived. When the Doctor went back to 1977, he discovered that she was a vessel for an evil dictator. When time reset she wasn't married and was the adopted Daughter of Thelma. (AUDIO: Suburban Hell)
