Arkwood

Arkwood was a town. Arkwood Private School and a zoo were located nearby.

When a group of angry parrots escaped from the zoo, they headed for Arkwood. Form Four (under the influence of the change drug) led by Cedric Mathews went on a rampage to Arkwood to take over the town. It was defended briefly by local shop owners until the Third Doctor arrived and counteracted the effects with his own gas. The students were very apologetic afterwards and the police sent Mathews to a detention centre. (COMIC: The Arkwood Experiments)
