Arkwood

Arkwood was a town. Arkwood Private School and a zoo were located nearby.

When a group of angry parrots escaped from the zoo, they headed for Arkwood. Form Four (under the influence of the change drug) led by Cedric Mathews went on a rampage to Arkwood to take over the town. It was defended briefly by local shop owners outside the newsagent until the Third Doctor arrived and counteracted the effects with his own gas.
