Arthur Cox (born 7 April 1934) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Cully in The Dominators and Mr Henderson in The Eleventh Hour.

Cox's other television credits include The Avengers, Public Eye, Dixon of Dock Green, The Sweeney, Crown Court, Bergerac, Inspector Morse, Terry and June, The Bill and Coronation Street. However, he is best known for playing George, Jim Hacker's driver, in the comedy series Yes Minister.
