Winston was a Jamaican man in 1963 London who started being troubled by young mods and rockers due to the influence of a World War II German weapon that used radio waves to make young people hate and attack anyone who was different to them, including Winston. The First Doctor was able to improvise a device that stopped the weapon. (AUDIO: Hunters of Earth)
